Payments We accept PayPal, money orders, and major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover through our secure merchant credit card processor. If you receive a credit card decline or error code when trying to make your payment, please be sure that your billing address & zip code, the name on the card, and the 3-digit security code from the back of the card all match. If you are still having difficulties, please give us a call. If you'd like to pay with a Money order, we will hold your order for 7 days pending payment. After seven days, your order will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order. Money Orders should be made out to The Favor Maker and mailed to:

When mailing payments, please be sure to include your first and last name, invoice or confirmation number, the date of your purchase, and a contact phone number. You may wish to print out a copy of your order confirmation and include it with your payment. Once we have received your payment, we will contact you via e-mail and begin the proofing process. Personalization Any text you see in the samples may be changed at no additional charge, however, your items will be printed with the font shown (unless specified otherwise). Keep in mind that the more you wish to veer from the example, the longer it will take for your proofs to arrive. Most customers choose to use the basic nutrition facts and wording on the favors and simply change the dates and names. You are welcome to do the same or submit more personal wording when you submit your personalization form. If you do not submit a specific wording request, we will use the sample wording or wording of our choice that we feel fits your event best. In the event that your wording exceeds the space available, we reserve the right to modify, abbreviate, or make changes to the layout of the item. When unsure, err on the side of "less is more". WHEN TO SUBMIT YOUR PERSONALIZATION Once you have made your payment and received a confirmation number, please fill out your personalization details via our online forms found at www.thefavormaker.com. Click the Personalization Forms link and complete the appropriate form. If you have purchased a package of coordinating items, you will only need to fill out the first form for Shower and Party Packages. Be sure to include the theme you ar personalizing, including any specific requests such as image/color changes, etc... (There may be additional charges for custom work) Including the auction# is helpful in linking your details with your order. Be sure to use the name associated on your Ebay account, especially if someone else has purchased the package for you. IMPORTANT: E-mailing your details will delay processing of your order. We receive a very high volume of orders and are unable to personally review personalization sent via e-mail. If you have questions regarding how to fill out a form, or what information to provide, please contact us prior to submitting any details. We would be happy to assist you. Production Time Production time varies by the time of year and our workload. Typically, our turn-around from the time payment and personalization are submitted to the time your order is shipped is approximately 3-5 business days. This allows ample time to process your order, prepare proofs, get proof approval, send items for cutting and packaging, and then ship. During the slow season, this may be as fast as two days. Holidays and an unusually large volume of rush orders can slow the process to up to two weeks. To have a more accurate idea of production time, please contact us. We can review our current production calendar and give you a more accurate estimate. Please note that most of the total production time is for processing and proofing. If turn-around is two weeks, you can expect that the majority of that time will be devoted to processing your order and preparinag proofs. Once proofs are approved, orders typically ship within 2-3 days. Please plan ahead and order far in advance of your event. If you can't afford to wait for two weeks for shipment, call us first to make arrangements to expedite your order. 24-hour turn-around service is available.
Proofs The nature of most of our products requires that proofs be approved prior to shipping. Some single items such as favor tags, monogram labels, etc... do not require proofs. Please see item specifics for details. Because of the high volume of business we have, we reserve the right to limit customers to one proof. If an error was made on our part, we will issue a second proof free of charge. Changes made on the customer's part may ellicit an extra proofing charge should you require a second proof. Please do not request changes after you have submitted your original personalization form unless absolutely necessary, for example a date or change of venue. Multiple proofs and change requests are what keep our turn-around time from being shorter than it is. Multiple changes can also lead to printing errors. Carefully look over your personalization prior to submitting it. While we do our best to catch typos, any errors made by the customer and not caught during the proofing process are not our responsibility. We will not replace items which are approved with an error. Proofs are e-mailed to the e-mail address on the submitted personalization form. Please be sure your e-mail is working properly and that your spam filters are either turned off or our proofing address is added to your address book. We are often blocked as spam so if you haven't received your proof within 3-4 business days, please check your spam folder and email us right away at info@thefavormaker.com. IMPORTANT- The proofs we send are JPEG images of the actual product you will receive. While we do our best to represent colors accurately, monitor output will vary. If you need an exact color match, please contact us to arrange to send us a swatch. You may also wish to order more than you think you will need when you place your order. While we do keep customer files indefinitely, just as with fabrics, dye lots can vary from one order to the next based on machine calibration. If you need to order additional items at a later date and are concerned about the color match, please contact us to arrange for an exact match using one of your existing invitations or favor items. Shipping Ship To Address Because we ship a large volume of orders on a daily basis, we have automated the process as much as possible. Because of this, orders will ship to the address associated with your PayPal account or credit card unless you have made a purchase in our store and have requested a separate shipping address. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please contact us prior to making your payment. Once you have made your payment, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Transit Time Packages ship from our office in Tucson, Arizona. The quickest and most cost-effective shipping method is Priority Mail. Priority mail has a transit time of 2-3 business days (not including processing time). If you are need of your order in less than two weeks, we highly recommend that you select USPS Priority Mail as your preferred shipping method. UPS ground can take 2-6 business days depending on your distance from Arizona. Insurance Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for its delay or loss with the post office. If you are concerned, we highly recommend that you call us to purchase insurance. Uninsured packages will not be replaced or refunded. Packages shipped with UPS are automatically covered against loss of up to $100.
Returns Due to the nature of our products, personalized items are not returnable. Proofs are sent for every personalized order and it is up to the customer to thoroughly review proofs for any errors prior to shipping. Your satisfaction is very important to us however, and should you have a concern about the quality of the products in your order or if you have been shipped an item in error, please call us right away at 520-299-0831. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Should the problem be our fault, we may offer to re-run and re-ship your order, offer you a credit or replacement, or issue you a refund.
